Placing an order

• To complete the checkout process, you will have to check out as
   1. Registered customer (Log In)
   2. New customers (Sign up)
   3. Guest
• It is not necessary to create an account but having an account will allow a faster and more efficient check out process as you do not have to key in your details every time you make a purchase
  
  
• Select the colour and size you would like to purchase and click the 'add to cart' button.
• Access your shopping cart at the top right of the page.
• Your order will only be secured when you have completed the check out process. Adding an item to cart does not secure the item.
• Please note that the item in your cart may be sold out during your check out process.
• Click the 'Check Out' button on the shopping cart page once you have confirmed that the correct item, colour, size and quantity is selected.
• You may add a discount code after you have entered your mailing details
• We are unable to amend or consolidate any orders once the order is confirmed.
• If you're unable to add an item to cart, this means that the item is currently out of stock.
  We highly recommend that you join the waiting list by clicking on the 'In Stock Reminder' on the right of your screen. You will be notified once the item is back in stock or if there is a backorder for it.

 We no longer accept bank transfers or ATM transfer with effect from 24 June 2015.

Local Shipping

Delivery time may vary and is dependable on Singpost.

For registered parcels, a tracking number (RA number) will be allocated to you once the package is sent out. You may track your parcel at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick

We highly recommend that you select a postage method that provides tracking as WheresCinderella will not be responsible for lost mails sent via non-trackable shipping methods.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Malaysia at a flat rate shipping of SGD10 via registered air mail.
For shipping to other countries, kindly drop us as email at admin@wherescinderella.com to enquire about shipping rates.
